Windkist offers a fun venue for a special event such as corporate team-building events, birthday parties or anything else where horses might make it more exciting and fun!
CORPORATE EVENTS
Does your workforce have the winter blues? Need a team-building exercise for your employees? Need to get out of the office and talk about something besides business?
Windkist provides a one-day corporate retreat which is a relaxing and therapeutic environment, and a bonding experience for all.
Guests will experience the calm and quiet of the farm and the kindness of our amazing horses. A horseback riding experience will be available for those who want to ride, but hands-on ground experience will also be provided so there is something for everyone. Small farm animals are also available for cuddling. A rustic lunch is included or you can order out. Learn about horses, one of our oldest companions, and set the peace and quiet settle around you before you return to work refreshed and relaxed. BIRTHDAY PARTIES
Forget Chuck E. Cheese! Step up your party game with a horse-themed birthday party where everyone gets to ride a pony and meet a whole barn full of interesting horses (not to mention our fuzzy alpacas!) Windkist Equestrian Centre offers an on-site horseback riding party. The riding is done in the indoor arena so weather is not a consideration.
Windkist offers a package with includes an hour riding time plus use of the viewing room for refreshments both during the riding time and for an hour after. An average party is three ponies with side walkers for $450. Guests who are not actively riding can brush one of our miniature equines under the supervision of an instructor or working student.
Three ponies are sufficient for up to 12 guests. If more ponies are needed, additional ponies are available for $150 per pony.
Parties are available Saturday and Sunday afternoons, generally at 2:00 depending on availability of the arena. Contact us for additional details.
